Nguyen honored as a 'Woman of the Year'

ANDOVER — State Rep. Tram Nguyen has been named “Woman of the Year” by a statewide political organization.

Nguyen, who represents the 18th Essex District, was honored alongside Holyoke City Council President Tessa Murphy-Romboletti and Cambridge City Councilor Ayesha M. Wilson at an event June 25.

All three honorees were selected by Emerge Massachusetts, an organization that has trained thousands of Democratic women to run for office statewide. Nguyen graduated from the nonprofit’s candidate boot camp in 2017. Read the full story at Eagletribune.com
