ANDOVER — Packed with more than 100 worshipers for a dedication ceremony, Congregation Beth Israel of the Merrimack Valley celebrated its return to Andover on Sunday, Nov. 19, after spending more than two years in Lawrence.
The congregation, originally located in Andover before its move to Lawrence, is back in town at their new home at 6 Dundee Park.
New members and visitors were welcomed by Rabbi Howard Mandell and the congregation. Guest speakers were Andover Selectwoman Annie Gilbert and state Rep.-elect Tram Nguyen.
